Introducing children to the studio setting, discovering yoga through fun and creative play.

Building fundamental balance and movement skills.

Option for the parent to also join the class,  you will need to book 2 spaces.

Little Warriors Age 5-10 years

£7 per class   (Class duration 45 minutes)

Progressing the children’s balance and movement skills with fun and challenging postures.

Discovering mindfulness and meditation.

Teen Yoga Age 11-16 years

£9 per class   (Class duration 60 minutes)

Building strength and flexibility through postures, breathing exercises,

meditation and understanding of how yoga helps the body, brain and heart.

Teens will also learn how yoga and meditation can help them in their day to day lives.
