I love all things pregnancy but also I know how tough it can be on your body and your mind. Stepping in to motherhood is the biggest transformational moment in a womens life.
During my classes you will not only move your body but you will connect with your breath. You will learn postures to support your labour, techniques to ease your body with the daily challenges that come alongside pregnancy. We will also focus on positive birthing affirmations.
I like to incorporate in some classes some Rebozo massage movements, music, mudras, mantras and anything that I can think of that can make your journey easier.
